Sarah’s Cards Blog Challenge

I decided to have another go at the monthly challenge over at the Sarah’s cards BLOG.  This month sketch instantly made me want to reach for some of my newer stash.

Here is my take on the sketch…

photo (18)

I used mostly Studio Calico on this LO, with AC Dear Lizzy as the background, these have become my favourite brands of the moment.   The tag and grey alpha are both from last months SC main kit.  I have had a large clear out of pattern paper and now only have paper that I have a planned use for.  It was ruthless but it needed to be done.

I also used a punch on this page, something I have not done for a while, I have also had a clear out of these recently too, as they were not being used, better for them to go to a new home.  The sweet tag from the SC kit features the negative space text which I am loving at the moment, I must get my Cricut out and play.

I am loving the Wood Veneer pieces from SC, they are very popular on the galleries and Instagram at the moment, I am so happy I decided to invest, I am just wondering how will be best to store them now, any ideas?

Please go over and check out the blog, I would love to see your interpretation of the sketch.  I have at last put my photo order (1283 photos)  in so they are on there way so looks like I will be scrapping like crazy in a few day!

Thanks for Looking
